This beautiful finca with private pool is located on the country road from Artá to Capdepera and is completely fenced.
Although it is close to the street, the noise is not perceived as annoying by other guests. Especially because the pool area is in the back of the house.
The beautiful beaches of Cala Ratjada and Canyamel can be reached in just a few minutes by car. A golf course is almost in front of the door.
The house has five bedrooms, three bathrooms (one of them ensuite), a large and bright living room and a fully equipped separate kitchen.
There are several sun terraces with cozy and functional garden furniture and sun loungers and not to forget a private pool.
There is central heating for the winter months. The house does not have air conditioning, but it is very cool thanks to the good building structure.
Pets are not allowed.

A typical Mallorcan village near the coast with a medieval castle, where a medieval market takes place every May. In the center of the village there is a pretty square with numerous restaurants, bars and shops. The associated coastal town of Cala Ratjada is very close with beautiful sandy beaches. In the immediate vicinity there are two golf courses; Capdepera Golf and Canyamel Golf. The weekly market takes place every Wednesday.
