Unique holiday home with two floors and private pool located at the entrance to the coastal town of Cala Ratjada.
In a very quiet area, surrounded by beautiful vegetation and a pine forest, you can enjoy the tranquility there but still reach the village in a few minutes.
There is a small private pool with an outdoor shower and beautiful terraces. The floor and wall of the terrace are covered in beautiful wood, an eye-catcher!
The ground floor has a double bedroom and a bathroom. The living-dining room with direct access to the terrace has satellite TV and is cozy and bright.
The fully equipped, separate kitchen is spacious and has a dining table. The upper floor has three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds, two bathrooms (one en suite with corner bath and access to the balcony).
There are fitted wardrobes, three car garage and laundry room with washing machine. Of course with WiFi and central heating (ideal for the winter months).
Pets not allowed.

Cala Ratjada belongs to the municipality of Capdepera, aprox. 85 km from Palma. Originally a small fisherman’s village that has transformed into a popular tourist destination. There are beautiful beaches such as Cala Agulla, Son Moll, Cala Gat, L’Olla, Cala Lliteras and Cala Moltó. It has an iconic light house. Well established harbour with 85 moorings. There is a wide selection of restaurants and bars. It’s reknown for it´s lively night life. Other towns that belong to this municipal are Font de Sa Cala, Canyamel, Cala Gat and Cala Mesquida. Every Saturday the local market is celebrated in the town square 'plaza de los pinos.
