The house is built on a plot of 14,000m2 with a living area of 400 m2.
It has two floors where there are five bedrooms and five bathrooms. As well as a guest toilet.
Two of the six rooms are interconnected, perfect for a family with small children for example.
The living room overlooks the large covered terrace of 60m2. This is equipped with cozy garden furniture and a large dining table.
The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden and lawn and with a private pool (10m x 5m). The fixed barbecue is very close to the pool and terrace, perfect for barbecues with family and friends.
This Finca is ideal for a holiday with friends and family as it even has a room prepared with two cots for small children.
Pets are not allowed.

Son Servera is a centre on the north east coast and is very popular due to its location. The municipal area and the town are located at the foot of the 271-meter-high mountain, Puig de Sa Font and extends over different altitudes. The town centre has developed in recent years, the market square and the surrounding restaurants offer some places to go out in a Mediterranean atmosphere. The surrounding bays, such as the Costa de los Pinos, Cala Millor are popular bathing destination. Every Friday there is a weekly market that is popular with locals and visitors alike. The beautiful golf course Son Servera with its unique views of the surrounding bays is very popular among golfers. Other golf courses such as S’era de Pula, Canyamel and Capdepera can also be reached quickly and easily from there.
