The house has two floors and consists of five double bedrooms, three of them with double bed and two with two single beds.

A large and elegant entrance opens to the living room with open fireplace and satellite TV. In the kitchen you have everything you need as a washing machine, dishwasher and there is a large dining table.
This house has heating and ceiling fans for the summer months.
The garden is very beautiful, with a private pool (9m x 4.5m) with sun beds and outdoor shower and covered terrace with garden furniture.
From there you can enjoy the tranquility and the beautiful view.

The town Arta is busy all year round. Many cultural activities, as well as a wide selection of restaurants, shops and the popular market each Tuesday morning. Easy to connect with an excellent range of sports activities such as hiking, cycling, 5 golf courses and water sports.
