This nice country home is located on the outskirts of Artà with beautiful mountain views.
The garden is completed with an Infinity pool and beautiful terraces. On the pool terrace there is a covered side, perfect to enjoy the shade in the summer.
There are enough very comfortable hammocks, as well as different garden furniture and an outdoor shower.
The covered terrace next to the living room has a nice dining table, there are also comfortable garden furniture.
The living room is very spacious, elegant and simple with a large fireplace and air conditioning. The kitchen is quite large and fully furnished, with a table to eat.
The house can accommodate up to 10 people, with the possibility of installing baby cots. It consists of five spacious double bedrooms and four bathrooms, which one of is en suite.
The whole house has WIFI. Pets are not allowed.

Arta offers a large selection of natural beauties: mountains, spectacular countryside and lovely beaches. such as Cala Torta or Colonia Sant Pedro only 10 minutes drive away. The town Arta is busy all year round. Many cultural activities, as well as a wide selection of restaurants, shops and the popular market each Tuesday morning. Easy to connect with an excellent range of sports activities such as hiking, cycling, 5 golf courses and water sports.
